Hugh Hefner’s body was removed from his Playboy mansion yesterday morning after the 91-year-old died of natural causes Wednesday night. Two hearses were spotted leaving his Holmby Hills estate yesterday, as police lined the side of his driveway. Plans are to bury him in the West Memorial Park in Los Angeles next to Marilyn Monroe, who was Playboy’s first-ever cover star. His second wife, Kimberly Conrad, who was married to the mogul from 1989-2010, was also seen departing the mansion yesterday morning with their son, Marston Hefner, 27. Their other son, Cooper, who is the Chief Creative Officer, now runs Playboy Enterprises. Hefner was born on April 9, 1926 in Chicago, IL, and became a millionaire after founding the men’s magazine in 1953. “American icon and Playboy Founder Hugh M. Hefner passed away today,” read a tweet from the official Playboy account. “He was 91. #RIPHef.”

The good news is that I have the most glorious group of supportive and caring family and friends, and fantastic insurance through my union. The bad news is that not all women are so lucky, so let’s fight all cancers and make universal health care a reality.” “Our love and support go out to Julia and her family at this time,” HBO stated. “We have every confidence she will get through this with her usual tenacity and undaunted spirit and look forward to her return to health and to HBP for the final season of ‘Veep’.”

Count your blessings and live strong!
