Paltrow said she was 22 when he hired her for the leading role in his adaptation of Jane Austen’s classic novel, “Emma.” She said before they began filming, he asked her to attend a meeting in his Beverly Hills hotel suite. Then the New York Times reports she said the meeting ended with “Mr. Weinstein placing his hands on her and suggesting they head to the bedroom for massages.” “I was a kid; I was signed up. I was petrified,” she told the newspaper. She explained she then told her boyfriend, Brad Pitt, at the time, who confronted the producer and “made it clear that it could not happen again.” Angelina said she “had a bad experience with Harvey Weinstein in my youth, and as a result, chose never to work with him again and warn others when they did. This behavior towards women in any field, any country is unacceptable.”

Meanwhile…his wife Georgina Chapman, cofounder of the Marchesa fashion line, announced she is leaving the movie mogul after numerous women have come forward about how he sexually harassed them. “My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered tremendous pain because of these unforgivable actions,” she told People. “I have chosen to leave my husband.” Meanwhile, Weinstein fled to Europe by private jet to seek sex addition therapy and behavioral issues, reports TMZ. Last week, he boasted that she was “standing by me 100%.” You know why she is high-tailing it outta there – she wants women to keep buying her fancy gowns!
