Kevin-Spacey-Golden-Globes-#2-2014Embattled actor Kevin Spacey suffered a few more blows on the heels of his alleged sexual misconduct involving more than a dozen cases. He was dropped from Ridley Scott’s new crime drama film, “All the Money in the World” and replaced by Christopher Plummer as the leading role of J. Paul Getty. Swapping the marketing materials alone is said to be costing millions in rush fees – and won’t be reimbursed by insurance. And over the weekend it was announced that the film has been dropped from AFI Fest, which had the film slated to be the closing night slot on Nov. 16. Now “Molly’s Game” starring Jessica Chastain in the world of high-stakes poker will replace it. Additionally, District Attorney Michael O’Keefe said he plans to interview Heather Unruh’s son, who accused Spacey of assaulting him at the age of 18 in 2016. This comes on the heels of actor Anthony Rapp reporting Spacey assaulted him at just 14.

Legendary gossip columnist Liz Smith has died at the age of 94. Her column, “Liz Smith,” was so popular worldwide, she became a celebrity herself. Actor James Woods tweeted, “Liz Smith was the definition of a lady. She dished, but always found a way to make it entertaining and fun.” During her heyday, she was pulling in $1 million a year, but was dropped by the New York Post in 2009 due to the decline of tabloid newspapers. “I began to be forgotten, just like the seven newspapers I worked for are forgotten.” We won’t forget you, Liz! RIP.

Congrats to Tiffany Haddish, who became the first female African American comedian to host “Saturday Night Live” this weekend. She managed to kid about the sexual harassment claims, and likely was referencing Louis C.K., saying, “Listen fellas – if you got your thing-thing out, and she’s got all her clothes on, you’re wrong! You’re in the wrong! Wait til she takes off her own clothes, then pull your thing thing out, okay?” Louis C.K. is accused by five women of touching himself in front of them.

Poor Carrie Underwood…just a few days after hosting the CMA Awards, the 34-year-old singer took a tumble outside her home and suffered multiple injuries, including a broken wrist. She seemed very cool with it, tweeting, “Thanks so much fo ral lthe well wishes, everybody…I’ll be alright…might just take some time. Glad I’ve got the best hubby in the world to take care of me.”
