Rose McGowan Brave Book Cover“I am having to sell my house right now to pay legal bills fighting off the monster.” Rose McGowan made the announcement at the winter TCAs in LA that she’s gearing up to unload her $2 million home in the Hollywood Hills to front the hefty legal tab that has rung up since she began publicly speaking out against Harvey Weinstein. She asked reporters not to speak Weinstein’s name, as “this is a very hard and dramatic thing,” she added. Meanwhile, McGowan was not impressed with the #TimesUp movement at the Golden Globes – or the black dresses attempting to show support for the effort. Asia Argento tweeted to McGowan, “No one should forget that you were the first one who broke the silence,” to which McGowan said, “We’ve only just begun. And not one of those fancy people wearing black to honor our rapes would have lifted a finger had it not been so. I have no time for Hollywood fakery, but you I love.” The actress has partnered with E! to create “Citizen Rose,” which documents her life as she revs up for the release of her book, “Brave.”

Congrats to Hugh Grant, who is expecting his fifth child at the age of 57. This child will mark the third with girlfriend Anna Eberstein. The two walked the red carpet together at the Golden Globes Sunday, and then in NYC yesterday lunching at Freds at Barneys New York.

Meghan Markle Prince Harry InterviewWith just a few clicks of the button, Meghan Markle signed off her social media for good as of yesterday. The 36-year-old’s Instagram, once populated with pics of her dogs and philanthropy trips, now merely reads, “Sorry, this page isn’t available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.” Her Twitter and Facebook accounts have also been shuttered. “Ms. Markle is grateful to everyone who has followed her social media accounts over the years,” the Kensington Palace stated. “However, as she has not used them for some time, she has taken the decision to close them.” None of the royal family members have their own public social media accounts, but the Kensington Palace has very active Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts documenting their lives. The wedding ceremony for Prince Harry and Markle is set for May 19 at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

Happy warmer Wednesday!
